Appreciation & security are essential to having a healthy holistic, balanced and contented family.

Our parenting/co-parenting class will satisfy most court requirements.

You'll learn valuable strategies to make raising your children easier, helping them learn to adapt to the life-changes they're experiencing in dealing with you and your ex-spouse during a short or long term separation or the process of divorce.

You'll identify your particular parenting style and learn parenting techniques, and strategies for maintaining your own Peace of Mind as well as your children's. We teach you approaches to coping with, de-escalating anger and enhancing your communication skills. Our classes are culturally sensitive.

The Negative Impact of Separation & Divorce on Children

The goal of parenting/ co-parenting classes and divorce parenting classes is to teach parents to effectively deal with the conflicts and distress without involving the children.

Our parenting/co-parenting class will teach you useable techniques that will assist you and your children better adapt with the distress and conflict that are often a result of separation and divorce.

You'll learn how children feel about divorce, and find ways to make your divorce less painful for your children.
You'll learn how to teach your children to accept the divorce without feeling they had a part in the divorce.
You'll learn how to raise happy, healthy, well-adjusted children who are ready to live life to the fullest and turn obstacles into opportunities.

Even More Effective & Mindful Parenting Skills

Our culturally sensitive parenting class provides an overview of all the parenting skills that are necessary to raise a healthy and well adjusted adult.

You'll find our class ideal not only for parents, but for primary caretakers, grandparents, teachers, and for anyone who is involved in day-to-day rearing of children. We'll assist you to identitfy where and why certain challenges might arise and how to appropriatey address and overcome them.

Our parenting class covers a broad range of topics, including what effective parenting skills are, child development understanding temperament, intellectual development, mindful communicating with your children, the dynamics of age-appropriate discipline, instilling self-esteem, teaching them social values, adequtely meeting their needs, being a good counsel and role model.

Our parenting class will help you understand your child's personality, age related challenges, and how to effectively address them. You will learn about those things that are crucial to your children's wellbeing in their first years of life, how to use positive discipline, avoid power struggles, and how to determine [and properly attend to] a "need" from a "want".

As well, you'll learn strategies for:

Encouraging Positive Family Relationships
Parent as a Teacher/Counselor
Clear Limit Setting
Dealing with Upset Feelings
Appropriately Correcting Misbehavior
Anger Management
Setting Age-Appropriate Boundaries
